Max's Mountain

Max loves hiking up the hill behind our house. In fact, he has started to call it "Max's Mountain", and when he talks about hiking it, he refers to it as, "Max's hike." I have to admit, it is pretty nice to have this little mountain in our backyard. It's fun to watch all the wildlife and point them out to Max. There are literally hundreds (maybe even thousands) of lizards and bugs. We have also seen squirrels, birds, and bats. There are plenty of rocks to scramble around, small caves and tunnels through the rocks to explore, plus cool plants for curious little boys like cactus. Here are a few pictures from one of our hikes.
