We started Halloween a night early by dressing Max in his dragon costume and going to the "Trunk-or-Treat" at the church parking lot. Max had a lot of fun at this Halloween night primer and would walk up to everyone he saw and say, "trick-or-treat". The only problem was he would say it so quietly no one could hear him! So when Halloween officially arrived the next day, we made him practice saying it louder so people would be able to hear him. I think he got it down. Every door we went to, Max would say, "trick-0r-treat" five or six times before they even opened the door!
We started out on the quest for candy in our neighborhood with Max's cousin Tanner. We hit only a few houses, and then we threw our little dragon in the truck and went to Grandma Wells' house. After looting grandma for some of her candy, we headed up the street to see K.C., Mary, and Sophie. They had invited us over for dinner and a little Halloween fun. Sophie was dressed up as a penguin and was so cute! Before dinner we took our little chitlins out for some trick-or-treating. We went down the street, back to my parents' house, and then back up. We then went back to K.C.'s house for dinner. It was a fun night and a great Halloween!

He's such a cute dragon! It's funny to hear/see how kids are when they adapt to 'trick-or-treating'. The catch on fast when there is candy involved. My neice was the same way.
I don't know who she is, but that little girl is a cute penguin
Good lookin little Dragon. . .just wait until he starts breathing fire. . .then he won't be so cute anymore.
Pretty cute. But you know, Bob, that dragons and penguins aren't very compatible. But you know what penguins REALLY like? Dinosaurs. Hey, what a coincidence that Liam was a dinosaur!
It's too bad that dinosaurs are extinct. Beside, what's a penguin going to do with a dinosaur? Other than be a nice little snack? Dragons on the other hand, can help keep penguins warm, and penguins can help take the heat out of a dragon. They are the perfect complimenting couple!
Those are some great pics. Thanks for coming over it was great catching up with you guys.
